Important: Vehicle access/hire is supplied under a Vehicle Agreement issued at approval. If there is any conflict, the Vehicle Agreement takes priority over this page.

1) What these terms cover

  • Website Use Terms – how you may use our Site and content.

  • Vehicle Supply Basics – key commercial terms that normally apply when we supply vehicles (final terms will be in your Vehicle Agreement).

By using our Site or submitting an enquiry/application, you agree to these terms.

2) Who may use our Site

The Site is for UK users aged 18+. Use it lawfully and do not:

  • copy/scrape content or reverse-engineer code;

  • introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;

  • use the Site to send unlawful, defamatory, or misleading material.

We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice.

3) Information on the Site

We aim to keep content accurate and up to date, but website content is general information. Vehicle images/specifications, availability and pricing on the Site are illustrative until confirmed in a written quote or Vehicle Agreement.

4) Enquiries, applications & checks

When you submit details, you confirm they are complete and accurate. We may request documents (ID, address, licence, insurance, income or business info). For eligibility we may perform:

  • soft credit searches initially;

  • hard credit searches if you proceed (we will tell you first);

  • identity, insurance and fraud-prevention checks.

If you do not provide requested information, we may be unable to proceed.

5) Quotes, pricing & deposits

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may change with model, mileage, duration, delivery, insurance and availability.

  • Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • A deposit or initial payment may be required; this will be set out in your quote/Vehicle Agreement.

  • Any additional services (e.g., delivery/collection, refrigeration units, telematics, branded livery) will be listed as separate charges if applicable.

6) Vehicle Agreement (the contract)

Your contract begins when you sign our Vehicle Agreement (or accept it electronically). It will set out:

  • the vehicle(s), term and mileage allowance;

  • payments, deposits and any maintenance/insurance package;

  • delivery/collection arrangements;

  • your responsibilities (care/usage/returns) and our obligations.

7) Delivery, collection & handover

We offer UK-wide delivery or local collection, subject to availability and fees confirmed in your quote/Vehicle Agreement. Risk passes on handover as set out in the Vehicle Agreement.

8) Use of vehicles

You must use vehicles responsibly and in accordance with law, the manufacturer’s guidance and the Vehicle Agreement, including:

  • holding a valid licence and insurance;

  • using for agreed purposes only (e.g., courier, private hire, personal);

  • not allowing unauthorised drivers;

  • meeting servicing/maintenance requirements (unless maintenance is included);

  • keeping mileage within the allowance (fair overage rates apply if exceeded).

Some uses (e.g., motorsport, illegal activity) are strictly prohibited.

9) Insurance, maintenance & breakdowns

Requirements will be stated in your Vehicle Agreement. Typically:

  • Insurance: you must maintain appropriate cover unless your plan includes it.

  • Maintenance: if included, we will outline service/tyre coverage and how to book.

  • Breakdown: assistance options and contact details will be provided.

10) Payments, late fees & charges

  • Payments are due as stated in your Vehicle Agreement (e.g., weekly/monthly).

  • Late or missed payments may incur interest/late fees.

  • Additional charges may apply for excess mileage, damage, missing items, out-of-hours handovers, PCNs, tolls and similar third-party costs attributable to your use.

11) Changes, swaps & early returns

Vehicle swaps, upgrades or early returns are subject to availability and may carry fees. Any changes must be agreed in writing.

12) Ending the agreement

Your Vehicle Agreement explains how either party may end the contract (for example, expiry, breach, insolvency). On return, the vehicle will be inspected and any sums due (e.g., excess mileage/damage) will be invoiced or deducted from deposits in accordance with the agreement.

13) Consumer rights

If you are a consumer (not a business user), you may have statutory rights including cancellation rights for distance contracts. Any applicable cooling-off information and exceptions (for example, where a vehicle is delivered at your request within the cooling-off period) will be stated in your Vehicle Agreement. This clause does not affect your legal rights.

14) Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:

  • business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, or contracts),

  • any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site,

  • delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
    Vehicle-related liability limits and responsibilities are set out in your Vehicle Agreement.

15) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or adapt it without permission, except for fair use such as caching or personal viewing.

16) Data protection & privacy

We handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details, including credit checks and your rights. By contacting us via the Site, phone, email or WhatsApp, you consent to us contacting you to manage your enquiry or application.

17) Third-party links & tools

The Site may include links or embedded tools (e.g., maps, analytics, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

18) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

19) Complaints

If you have a concern, email [email protected] with your name, contact details and a summary of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and respond within 10 working days.

20) Governing law

These terms (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
